My company took away 1 weeks vacation and is allowing us to use 2 weeks of unemployment. Is this leagal in the state of michigan.

That sounds HIGHLY illegal. I would ask your state unemployment board to be 100% sure, but I HIGHLY doubt it.

What restaurants in Ann Arbor do University of Michigan students like to go to? If I got a gift card to a friend at the University, where should I get it for? I would like a place that is a little better quality than where students would typically go… but some place not to far from campus. Thanks so much for your help!

Students in an Ann Arbor go to all the restaurants … not sure where they get the money!!! Some nice places (not just pub grub, but not outrageous cost), are Prickly Pear, Real Seafood Company, Grizzly Peak Brewing Company, and Pacific Rim. Anyone would be happy to get a gift card from any of these places and they are all within walking distance of campus. If you want to go a step up for one of the nicest restaurants then go for the Chop House ($$$).

is there any restaurant in kalamazoo michigan that is a gem? im looking for something with great atmosphere and yummy food 
nothing to fancy or to casual but something that will make a great date for my boyfriend and I. i dont want to go to a chain restaurant
